restaurant pilot program
For the initial pilot program, uncatered. will select 10 restaurant partners that represent a diverse range of cuisines and dining styles suitable for casual events. The goal is to create a well-rounded mix of food options that reflects the variety and quality of the amazing dining community in DC.
Restaurants will be selected based on cuisine variety, reliability, ability to execute consistent drop-off service, and menu items that translate well to events. Our goal is to create a balanced mix of cuisines and price points so planners and clients have meaningful choice.
Participating restaurants must be able to consistently execute high-quality drop-off orders and operate with the reliability required for professional event environments.
Of the 10 participating restaurants:
Two will represent national brands
Eight will represent locally owned restaurants and restaurant groups
Restaurants selected for the pilot will help demonstrate how restaurant-driven food service can work seamlessly in event venues.
Restaurants that apply but are not selected for the pilot will be placed on a waitlist. As uncatered. expands beyond the pilot program, additional restaurant partners will be added and priority will be given to those on the waitlist.
